When will my plan be activated?
Plans are activated manually by our admin team within 2–4 hours of your payment submission, usually much faster. You'll see your premium badge as soon as you log in after activation.
Is this a monthly subscription?
No auto-billing. Each payment gives you 1 month of the selected plan. You choose when to renew. We'll never charge you without you initiating a payment.
What if my plan isn't activated?
If your plan isn't activated within 6 hours, please contact us via the FunChat platform with your UTR/transaction ID. We'll verify and activate it manually.
Can I upgrade from Basic to a higher plan?
Yes. Submit a new payment for the higher tier with a note mentioning it's an upgrade. The difference won't be prorated — we'll apply the new plan from the next billing cycle or immediately if you pay the full amount.
